COVID-19 death toll hits 800 mark

The COVID-19 death toll has reached 809, after 18 more patients succumbed to the virus.
Meanwhile, the Health Ministry has reported another 4,284 COVID-19 cases today.
Selangor continues to record the highest number of infections with 1,572, followed by 964 in Johor, and KL 651.

Former Felda chairman Tan Sri Isa Samad sentenced to six years jail
The KL High Court has sentenced former Felda chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abdul Samad six years jail time after finding him guilty of corruption involving RM3 million.
He was also slapped with a RM15 million fine.
Tan Sri Mohd Isa was found guilty of nine charges of corruption over the agency's purchase of a hotel in Kuching, Sarawak seven years ago.

Restaurants could open until midnight during MCO
Restaurants and eateries affected by the Movement Control Order could be allowed to open until midnight.
According to Berita Harian, the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry will propose the matter to the National Security Council.
Eateries are currently allowed to operate until 10pm daily during the MCO.
