New ceiling price of chicken and chicken eggs

The government has announced the new ceiling price of standard chicken and chicken eggs in the peninsula.

It says starting Friday, the maximum price of chicken will be set at RM9.40 sen per kilogram.

Meanwhile, the price of chicken eggs will be capped between 41 to 45 sen each, depending on the eggs’ grade.

Final-year uni student found dead in residential college

Police have launched investigations into the death of a final-year student who was found dead in his residential college at a university in Serdang.

Cops say the victim was last seen two days before his body was discovered by a witness.

No criminal element has been detected and the case has been classified as sudden death

Cops looks for 20 men allegedly involved in Sri Petaling fight

Brickfields police are tracking down 20 men allegedly involved in a fight near a shop in Sri Petaling recently.

Cops believe the men were armed with steel rods and liquor bottles.

A complainant lodged a police report after his car was badly damaged during the scuffle.
