Unis To Study SST Expansion Impact

Universities have been ordered to study the impact of the SST expansion on students.
The Higher Education Ministry says the study will include things such as utility bills for students who rent their accommodations.
This is after a students’ group said the SST expansion would impact their cost of living,.
It said it would be due to added taxes on things like digital subscriptions, electronic repairs, laundry services, and online purchases.

Wisma Putra says it’s working with Indonesian authorities to confirm if a Malaysian was on board a passenger ferry that capsized in the Bali Strait recently.
