Segamat Quakes: Residents Urged To Keep Calm

Residents in Segamat, Johor are urged to remain calm, following the latest earthquake that struck the district this morning.
The Segamat Disaster Management chief says it was a weak earthquake and there have been no reports of damage or casualties.
A 3.2 magnitude tremor was detected at around 9 this morning, around 18 kilometres south of Segamat.
MetMalaysia also assured that the quake did NOT pose any threat to public safety, and it will continue to monitor the situation.
It also confirmed that this morning's incident was an aftershock, following Sunday's 4.1 magnitude quake.
