Malaysia Considering Mediator Role In Sudan Conflict

malaysia considering mediator role in sudan conflictThe government will consider playing a mediating role in peace efforts in Sudan.  

The Foreign Ministry says Malaysia does have experience in mediating several conflicts, including serving as a facilitator for peace talks between Thailand and Cambodia.  

However, the matter needs to be discussed in detail first, as the ongoing conflict in Sudan also affects our country’s national interests

The employability rate of Malaysian TVET graduates who underwent training in China remains at 100%! 

The Deputy Prime Minister says this is good, because it means the country won’t need to depend on foreign workers as much.  

This, after he revealed that Malaysia has secured 2,500 new placements for TVET programs in China next year. 

However, officials are expecting the number to increase to as many as five thousand.

‘Pavane For An Infant’ has been selected to represent Malaysia at the 98th Oscars under the Best International Feature Film category.  

FINAS said the selection was made by its Film Selection Committee, which comprises industry professionals based on guidelines set by the Academy.

And elsewhere, shareholders have approved Tesla boss Elon Musk’s record-breaking pay package that could be worth nearly one trillion dollars. 

If everything goes according to plan, the move could see Musk – who's already the richest man in the world – become the world’s first trillionaire.  

The scale of the potential payout has drawn criticism, but the Tesla board argued that Musk might leave the company if it was not approved - and that it could not afford to lose him.
