Inconsistent Public Transport Drives Passengers Away

Inconsistent arrival times and unclear information during service disruptions have been identified as the main reasons why people don’t use public buses.
These were among the findings of the Khazanah Research Institute’s study of public transport usage in the greater Klang Valley area.
It also found that many who opt to drive, do so because of the certainty in travel time compared to disruption-prone public transport services.
