Be Positive About Early Year One Enrolment

We should start looking at the positives of beginning voluntary enrolment of Year One students at six-years-old instead of merely focusing on the negatives.
The Prime Minister says we need to look at the matter in the context of improving the quality of Malaysia’s education, particularly in providing early access to formal schooling.
Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim adds that this early exposure will make students more capable learners, which in turn will help elevate the country.

Barisan Nasional has retained both the Kinabatangan parliamentary and Lamag state seats following yesterday’s by-election.
Mohd Naim Moktar won in Kinabatangan with a 14 thousand plus majority over Warisan’s Datuk Saddi Abdul Rahman and an independent candidate.
