Higher salaries this year?

A new survey by Grant Thornton says 86 percent of businesses in Malaysia expect employee salaries to increase over the next 12 months, despite a less-than-optimistic outlook for the year ahead.
Meanwhile, the companies also said exchange rate fluctuations were the biggest constraints to their business expansion plans, with 76 percent of respondents highlighting it as a challenge.
