Namewee Remanded

Local rapper Namewee has been remanded for 6 days, to assist in investigations into the death of a Taiwanese social media influencer.
This, after Namewee reportedly travelled from JB to KL early this morning, to meet with the police.
The victim was found dead in her hotel bathtub in KL 2 weeks ago, with the cops classifying the case as murder.

Subsidised one-way airfare between Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah and Sarawak will continue for Christmas.
Transport Minister Anthony Loke says this year, the ceiling price for festive season airfare has been set at 499 ringgit one way, with the govt covering any extra costs.
He adds, the govt has allocated almost 20 million ringgit for this initiative.
