Nominees announced for 2017 Laureus World Sports Awards

Cristiano Ronaldo and Andy Murray lead the nominees for the 2017 Laureus World Sports Awards.

Ronaldo had an incredible year, winning both the Champions League and Euro 2016, and just a couple of days ago, added FIFA's Best Player Award.

Meanwhile, Murray, who has received a knighthood, secured victories at Wimbledon and the Rio Olympics to end 2016 as world No.1.

Other nominees for the prize are Olympic champions Usain Bolt and Mo Farah, as well as NBA stars Le Bron James and Steph Curry.
