Liverpool have extended their undefeated run across all competitions to five matches after beating Newcastle 4–2 in the EPL this morning.

The match saw Mo Salah score twice, adding on to goals from Curtis Jones and Cody Gakpo.

This leaves Salah the joint-top scorer in the EPL this season alongside Erling Haaland with 14 goals each.

The victory also widened the gap between leaders Liverpool and second-placed Aston Villa to three points.

Manchester United's Raphael Varane reportedly feels that he's being forced out of Old Trafford.

This, after the Red Devils ruled out a new contract for the defender and would require him to take a pay cut if he wants to extend his current deal.

According to sources, the 30-year-old is still undecided on whether he'll stay with United with a lower salary or leave on a free transfer.

Speaking of the Red Devils, Donny van de Beek has joined Eintracht Frankfurt on loan for the remainder of the season.

And Malaysian tower runner Soh Wai Ching has set a new record at the Qingdao Vertical Marathon in China, beating the previous mark by 28 seconds!
