Fans Plan Anti-Glazer Protest

Mar 05, 2025

fans plan anti-glazer protest

Man United fans are expected to stage a major protest against their owners, during this weekend's home Premier League match against Arsenal.

The supporters' group, The 1958, say they plan to stage a march before the game, and urged supporters to wear all-black.

This comes amid growing frustration over United's continued poor performances, and the unpopular cost-cutting measures implemented by their new minority shareholder Jim Ratcliffe.

Liverpool boss Arne Slot has warned his team not to take PSG for granted in tomorrow morning's Champions League last-16 first leg in France.

The French giants are currently one of the most in-form teams in Europe, having gone unbeaten in all competitions since November.

This includes PSG's 10-0 aggregate demolition of Brest in the knockout playoffs.

Meanwhile Cody Gakpo is in doubt for Liverpool due to a knock, while Tyler Morton, Conor Bradley and Joe Gomez are also out injured.

And LA Lakers star LeBron James has become the first-ever NBA player to score 50,000 career points.

He achieved the feat during today's game between the Lakers and the New Orleans Pelicans.
