Yamal Fires Spain Into The Nations League Final

Lamine Yamal netted twice as Spain recorded a highly-entertaining 5-4 victory over France in the Nations League semifinal this morning.

This was the highest-scoring game in the competition’s history.

The Spaniards - who are through to their third successive Nations League final – will next take on Portugal in the title-decider on Monday morning.

Closer to home…Uzbekistan and Jordan have made it out of Asian Zone qualifying, to secure their places in the World Cup for the first time.

South Korea have also booked their spot at next year’s tournament, in what will be their 11^th successive appearance in football’s showpiece event.

Chelsea are reportedly in talks with AC Milan to sign goalkeeper Mike Maignan.

The 29-year-old has been a regular for the Serie A side and is also the first choice stopper for the France national team.

Saudi side Al Hilal have reportedly made a 55 million pounds bid to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, who is also wanted by the likes of Man United and Chelsea.

New Bayer Leverkusen boss Erik Ten Hag is said to be eyeing a reunion with Antony, having previously managed the winger at Ajax and Man United.
