City Drawn With Juve At Club World Cup

Defending champions Man City have been drawn alongside Juventus for the group stage of the expanded FIFA Club World Cup next summer.
Meanwhile, PSG are in the same group as Atletico Madrid…Bayern Munich are together with Benfica…Chelsea were grouped with Brazilian side Flamengo…while Real Madrid are alongside Neymar’s Al Hilal.
Teams will play each other once in the group phase, with the top two progressing to the knockout stage.

Tottenham have dropped to 10th in the EPL standings after falling to a 1-0 defeat to Bournemouth this morning.
This was their second straight league match without a win.
Meanwhile the result sees Bournemouth overtake Spurs up into ninth position.
Another result this morning saw Fulham record a 3-1 win over Brighton.

Closer to home…Selangor FC thrashed Cebu 4-0 to finish third in their group at the Asian Champions League 2.
This means the Red Giants have missed out on a place in the knockout stage with only the top two teams advancing.
