Man United have kept their Europa League hopes alive, after a 1-1 draw with Real Sociedad in the first leg of the last-16 this morning.

This, despite going into the match with nearly a dozen members of the squad out injured.

In other selected results… Tottenham fell to a 1-0 defeat to AZ Alkmaar.

Eintracht Frankfurt edged past Ajax 2-1.

While Roma recorded a 2-1 win over Athletic Bilbao.

Elsewhere, Chelsea maintained their perfect record in the Europa Conference League with a 2-1 win over Copenhagen in the first leg of the last 16.
