The Malaysian contingent has picked up its first gold medals at the Cambodia SEA Games.

Both came from Karate, via C. Shahmalarani in the women's under 50kg kumite event…and S. Prem Kumar in the men’s under 55kg class.

We are now ninth in the overall medal’s tally, with two gold, two silver and nine bronze medals.

Man City have moved four points clear at the top of the EPL standings, after a 2-1 win over Leeds.

Second-placed Arsenal will have the chance to close the gap, when they take on Newcastle later tonight.

In other results, Chelsea picked up their first win since Frank Lampard’s return, beating Bournemouth 3-1.

Liverpool moved to within a point of the top four after their 1-0 victory over Brentford.

Tottenham edged Crystal Palace 1-0.

While Wolves overcame Aston Villa also by a goal to nil.

Over in Spain, Real Madrid have won the Copa Del Rey…after a 2-1 victory over Osasuna.

This is the first time Real have won the trophy since 2014.

And, Red Bull’s Sergio Perez has taken pole position for the Miami F1 GP…ahead of Fernando Alonso in the Aston Martin, and Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz.
