Dec 08, 2024

dropped points for man united and city

Nottingham Forest have beaten Manchester United 3-2 in the Premier League, for their first win at Old Trafford in 30 years.

It means that United have now posted back-to-back defeats for a second time this season, following their midweek loss to Arsenal.

It also means that new boss Ruben Amorim has only one win in his four league matches in charge.

United remain in 13th place in the standings while Forest are in 5th place.

Also, Man City came from behind twice to draw 2-2 with Crystal Palace.

The result means that City have now claimed just one victory in 9 matches.

In other results:

Brentford thumped Newcastle 4-2

Aston Villa pipped Southampton 1-0

And Everton’s home clash against Liverpool was postponed due to bad weather.
