Malaysia's Pearly Tan/M. Thinaah have booked their spot in the semifinals of the Hong Kong badminton Open.

The 3rd-seeded women's doubles pair advanced after beating their Indonesian opponents in straight sets.

Tomorrow, they will battle it out with the top seeds from Korea for a place in the final.

Meanwhile, Man Wei Chong/Tee Kai Wun were beaten in the men's doubles quarterfinals.

Man United boss Erik ten Hag has played down concerns about his team's poor start to the new Premier League season.

They're currently in 14th place in the table, with just one win in their first three matches.

Ten Hag besides an injury crisis, he's still trying to integrate several young players into the squad, and is confident that results will get better.

This, ahead of their away game against Southampton tomorrow.

The English FA have charged Tottenham midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur for making racist remarks in a recent interview in his native Uruguay.

He allegedly made an off-colour joke about South Korean people when talking about his teammate Son Heung-min.
