Barcelona’s Sergio Aguero has played down rumours that he could be forced into early retirement due to his heart problem.

Aguero says he remains positive and that he is undergoing tests to assess his progress.

The player has been ruled out of action for at least three months after complaining about chest pains.

Man City believed to table new bid for Harry Kane

Man City are reportedly ready to table a new bid for Tottenham's Harry Kane in January.

Kane is said to be valued at around £150 million, but City could be willing to settle for less due to financial struggles.

Kane was keen to leave Tottenham in the summer, however the move never materialized after the club refused to sell the striker.
