England could be forced to play their upcoming home fixtures without spectators, after UEFA opened an investigation into the security incidents that marred the Euro 2020 final at Wembley.
It includes ticketless fans breaking into the stadium, booing the Italian national anthem, throwing objects onto the pitch and lighting fireworks.
England had earlier already been fined 30 thousand euros for other incidents during their semi-final win over Denmark, including a laser pointer being shone at the face of Danish keeper Peter Schmeichel.

The injury had affected Rashford in the latter half of last season, but the England international delayed seeking treatment so as not to miss Euro 2020.
