Kylian Mbappe has fired PSG into the Champions League semifinals.

He netted twice in their 4-1 win over Barcelona in the second leg of the quarterfinal this morning…to complete a 6-4 victory on aggregate for the French side.

Mbappe is now the top scorer in the competition this season with eight goals…one goal more than Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane.

The Frenchman has also now scored 41 goals in all competitions…making him the first player across the top five European leagues to cross the 40-goal milestone this campaign.

Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund are through to their first Champions League semifinal in 11 years.

This, after they beat Atletico Madrid 4-2 in the second leg of their quarterfinal tie, to complete a 5-4 victory on aggregate.

Former Bayern Munich boss Julian Nagelsmann has been linked with a return to the Bavarian giants…to replace the outgoing Thomas Tuchel this summer.

Nagelsmann is rumoured to be the preferred candidate on a three-man shortlist, that also includes Brighton manager Roberto Di Zerbi…and ex-Man United interim boss Ralf Rangnick.

Malaysia’s Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin have climbed four places to 15th in the latest men’s doubles world rankings…after finishing as runners-up at the Badminton Asian Championships last weekend.

This is their highest position in over a year.

And, the torch for the Paris Olympics has been lit in Greece…marking the 100-day countdown to the Games.

The Olympic flame will be brought over to France…where it will be taken around the country and its territories before arriving in Paris for the opening ceremony in July.
