Maresca In The Mix For Chelsea Job

Enzo Maresca has reportedly emerged as the new frontrunner to become Chelsea’s next manager.

Sources say the Blues have already opened talks with the current Leicester City boss…who guided the Foxes from the Championship back up into the EPL.

Maresca is believed to have strong support among members of Chelsea’s recruitment team …who are also considering Brentford’s Thomas Frank and Ipswich boss Kieran McKenna.

Meanwhile, West Ham have appointed ex-Spain and Real Madrid boss Julen Lopetegui as their new manager…to take over from David Moyes.

Malaysia have kicked off their campaign in the team event of the Sepak Takraw World Cup…with a 3-0 win over Brunei.

The national team are eyeing a hattrick of titles…having already been crowned the doubles and regu world champions this week.
