Referee Anthony Taylor hailed for Christian Eriksen response

UEFA’s referees chief has praised Anthony Taylor for his speedy response to Christian Eriksen who suffered cardiac arrest during Denmark’s Euro 2020 match against Finland earlier this month.

The English referee immediately signalled for medics after Eriksen collapsed on the pitch, which played a crucial role in saving the player’s life.

Eriksen has since been released from hospital and was fitted with an implanted heart-starter device.

On-loan Diogo Dalot said to return to Man United this summer

Diogo Dalot could be returning to Man United after having spent a year on loan at AC Milan.

According to Dalot's father, the player will return to his parent club this summer, amid earlier reports claiming Milan are keen to extend Dalot's loan spell for another season.

Turkish GP re-added to F1 calendar

The Turkish GP has returned to the 2021 F1 calendar, in place of the cancelled Singapore race in October.

This is the second time that Turkey has been added to the schedule, after it was set to replace Canada, but was removed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
