Hannah Yeoh: Perform Well In Paris!

Jul 26, 2024

Youth and Sports Minister Hannah Yeoh has encouraged our athletes to do their best at the Paris Olympics.

She says it's important that the contingent has no regrets.

Earlier, authorities set a target of one gold medal at the Games this year.

The Malaysian contingent consists of 26 athletes and will compete in 9 sports in Paris.

Man City's Julian Alvarez wants to leave the club.

According to a report, the 24-year-old would prefer to be at a club where he's a first team regular.

The forward has fallen down the pecking order behind Norway star Erling Haaland.

However, City could make the transfer difficult for him, since they're seeking at least 77 million pounds.

And Carlos Sainz has ruled out taking a sabbatical as he searches for a 2025 seat.

The Spaniard says he's happy in Formula 1 and would rather go down to a midfield team than take a break.

Earlier this year, Ferrari announced that they would not renew Sainz' contract in favor of signing 7-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton.
