Another Injury Blow For Citeh

Mar 27, 2024

another injury blow for citeh

John Stones could be absent for Man City's crunch EPL clash against Arsenal this weekend.

This is after he suffered a suspected thigh injury in England's 2-2 friendly draw with Belgium.

He's City's latest injury doubt, after Kyle Walker suffered a hamstring problem with the Three Lions.

Kevin De Bruyne, Jack Grealish, Ederson, and Manuel Akanji are also in doubt for this weekend.

--

Liverpool's Andy Robertson is facing another injury spell after going on international duty.

This is after the left-back suffered a suspected ankle problem in Scotland's friendly against Northern Ireland.

Robertson had already missed a large chunk of this season, due to a shoulder injury that he also picked up while playing for Scotland.

Meanwhile, his latest issue is expected to rule him out for Liverpool's clash against Brighton this weekend.

--

Jose Mourinho says he's ready to return to coaching, following his recent departure from Roma.

He says he will take his time to decide on his next job, and is not ruling out a potential move to Saudi Arabia.

--

And the Youth and Sports Minister says it is up to the Malaysian Stadiums Board to decide on the future of chairman Datuk Hans Isaac.

This, amid calls for him to step down over the state of the Bukit Jalil stadium's pitch.
