Jan 28, 2026

Spain is set to host the 2030 World Cup final.
The Spanish Federation, which is co-hosting the tournament with Portugal and Morocco, says the title-decider will likely be held in Barcelona or Real Madrid’s home stadium.
Sources say Morocco had also been keen on staging the match, but had reportedly fallen out of favour due to the chaotic incidents during the recent Africa Cup of Nations final.
FIFA, which has the final say on the venue, has yet to make an official announcement.
