Cavani rescues a point for Man United against Newcastle

Edinson Cavani came to Man United’s rescue…netting a crucial equalizer to salvage a 1-1 EPL draw with Newcastle this morning.
Cavani’s goal also helped Ralf Rangnick avoid a first defeat as interim United boss.
The draw leaves the Red Devils in seventh place, seven points off the top four…but with games in hand over the teams above them.
Newcastle, meanwhile, remain second from bottom…two points away from safety.

Jurgen Klopp warns that footballers have been pushed to their limits…due to a busy schedule and absences caused by Covid.
This is why the Liverpool boss has renewed calls for the Premier League to revert to five substitutions during a match, to ease the pressure on the affected teams.
Klopp, however, is not optimistic that the move will happen, because some managers still feel that using five subs would give an advantage to bigger teams like Liverpool.
