Singapore Open: Jun Hao stuns World No. 5

Leong Jun Hao has stunned World No. 5 Jonatan Christie in straight sets to reach the quarterfinals of the Singapore badminton Open.  

Several other reps have advanced to the last-eight

They include Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin, Aaron Chia-Soh Wooi Yik and Man Wei Chong-Tee Kai Wun.

Liverpool could face one final hurdle in their bid to sign Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Florian Wirtz. 

This is after reports claimed that Real Madrid could hijack the move, following the appointment of former Leverkusen boss Xabi Alonso as their new head coach.
