How Much Will The SEA Games Cost?

how much will the sea games cost?

It will cost some RM700 million to host the 2027 SEA Games, which will be staged in KL, Penang, Sarawak and Sabah.  

The Youth and Sports Ministry says more than half of the cost will be borne by the respective state governments. 

Sarawak will allocate RM300 million. 

Meanwhile, Sabah and Penang have pledged RM100 million and RM15 million respectively.  

It will be the 7th time that Malaysia’s hosting the games, and the first since 2017.

Meanwhile Chen Tan Jie/Toh Ee Wei and Goh Soon Huat/Shevon Lai reached the mixed doubles quarterfinals, but Tan Kian Meng/Lai Pei Jing crashed out.

Liverpool are reportedly close to confirming a deal for Juventus winger Federico Chiesa. 

According to Italian media, the player has agreed personal terms with Liverpool that will see him earning £115,000 a week.

Man United’s Jadon Sancho is reportedly close to completing a loan move to Juventus. 

However, some reports say he still prefers a move to Chelsea, and is hoping that the Blues table a last-minute bid for him.
