Car rams into Chris Froome

May 09, 2017

3-time Tour de France winner, Chris Froome was rammed by a car while out training in southern France.

The Briton, who rides for Team Sky, posted a picture on Twitter of his damaged bike, but says he is unhurt.

He adds that he will report the incident to local police, claiming that the driver was impatient and rammed into him on purpose.

This comes following the death of Italian cyclist Michele Scarponi, who was involved in a collision with a van during a training ride last month.
