The win moves the Blues up to third in the table...one point ahead of Tottenham, heading into the final match of the season.

Meanwhile Arsenal's top four hopes are effectively over...after they could only manage a 1-1 draw with Brighton.

The Gunners are in fifth...and mathematically stand a chance of moving up a spot...but need an eight-goal swing in goal difference and for other results to go their way on the final day.

This, as Manchester United were held to a 1-1 draw by Huddersfield...meaning the Red Devils will finish the season outside the top four.
