Chris Sutton: Arrizabalaga should be sacked
Feb 25, 2019
Former Chelsea striker Chris Sutton insists that Kepa Arrizabalaga should never player for the club again, after the goalkeeper appeared to disrespect boss Maurizio Sarri.
The 24-year-old picked up an injury during this morning's League Cup final defeat to Manchester City, and Sarri wanted to bring on Willy Caballero for the penalty shootout, but Arrizabalaga refused to leave the field, and later insisted he did not defy Sarri's instructions.
City went on to win the shootout 4-3, but the Spaniard's undermining of Sarri was the biggest talking point.
Sutton says the Spaniard should be sacked, and not Sarri.

Solskjaer sets new EPL record
Manchester United interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has set a new Premier League record, by becoming the first manager to win 26 points, in his first 10 matches in charge.
It's one point more than the previous record holder, Guus Hiddink, who won 25 points during his spell in charge of Chelsea in 2015.
This, after United and Liverpool played out a goalless draw at Old Trafford last night.

Brendan Rodgers denies links with Leicester, after Claude Puel's sacking
Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has played down rumours linking him with the vacant manager's job at Leicester.
The former Liverpool boss is one of the favourites to succeed Claude Puel, who was sacked after less than 16 months in charge of The Foxes.
Rodgers has been continually linked with a return to England's top flight, after dominating Scottish football with Celtic.
While Rodgers says there have been many offers for him since leaving Liverpool, he insists he's fully focused on his job at Celtic.
Leicester are also said to be eyeing ex-Everton and Man United boss David Moyes, and Newcastle's Rafael Benitez, who will be out of contract this summer.
