Djokovic sets up Australian Open final against Nadal

Jan 25, 2019

Tennis World No. 1 Novak Djokovic is only one match away from claiming a seventh Australian Open title.

This, after the Serbian eased past Frenchman Lucas Pouille in the semis, with a 6-luv 6-2 6-2 victory.

The only person standing in his way now is Rafael Nadal, whom he will battle in the final on Sunday.

Djokovic and Nadal also met in the 2012 final, which was the longest Grand Slam final match in tennis history, lasting almost six hours.

Meanwhile, Australian-Chinese duo Samantha Stosur and Zhang Shuai won the women's doubles event earlier today.
