F1 announces several changes for 2021 season

Formula One has unveiled new plans to overhaul the sport to make it cheaper and more competitive. 

The regulations, which will be implemented from 2021, include changes to the car's aerodymanic design, and a 175 million-dollar budget cap for each team.

However, F1's three leading teams - Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull - have opposed the new rules, although they believe it's a good starting point with room for improvement.

EFL quarterfinals draw released

Holders Manchester City have been drawn to face Oxford United in the quarterfinals of the EFL Cup. 

The other matchups will see Manchester United take on Colchester, Liverpool will travel to Aston Villa, while Everton will play Leicester.

Chong Wei to return to court for one-off event

Datuk Lee Chong Wei is coming out of retirement later this year.

However, it will only be for a special exhibition event in December, which will also feature mixed-doubles pair Chan Peng Soon and Goh Liu Ying, Iskandar Zulkarnain and Indonesia's Jonatan Christie.
