Jun 18, 2019

Teams can request a 'right of review', if they present the stewards with new evidence, which was unavailable at the time of the ruling.

Vettel won the race on the road, but was penalised for dangerous driving, which demoted him behind Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton, and cost him the victory in Montreal.
