George Russell to replace Lewis Hamilton for Sakhir GP

The question of who will replace F1 driver Lewis Hamilton for Mercedes in the upcoming Sakhir GP in Bahrain has been answered.

The Williams team have agreed to loan driver George Russell to take Hamilton’s place.

Hamilton was forced to miss out the race after testing positive for COVID-19 yesterday.

Edison Cavani had no malicious intent through social media post

Man United’s Edison Cavani had no bad intentions when he posted a message on social media that could be deemed as offensive.

Boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said this, adding that the term Cavani used had a different connotation in his native Uruguay.

Cavani has since deleted the post and issued an apology over the matter.

Everton are reportedly interested to secure Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti.

Reports claim that Barca are willing to offload Umtiti at a lower price in a bid to raise funds for new arrivals.
