Pepe, who scored 23 goals last season, is still a target of Inter Milan, PSG and Atletico Madrid.

Arsenal are reportedly in the running to sign highly-rated Nancy winger Bilel Hassaini.

The 18-year has yet to sign a professional contract with the French club, meaning he would be available for just 300 thousand euros

This makes Hassaini an ideal signing for the Gunners due to their limited transfer budget.

However, the Gunners are facing stiff competition from Barcelona, who are also looking to sign him.
