They are also the first team in a decade to win back-to-back league titles.
City finshed their season just a single point ahead of second-placed Liverpool, who ended their campaign with a 2-0 win over Wolves.
No shame in finishing second
The Reds won more than just hearts with their brilliant campaign this season - Mo Salah and Sadio Mane picked up the Golden Boot as the Premier League's top scorers, sharing the honour with Arsenal's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Such was Liverpool's pressure on the champions, that Man City captain Vincent Kompany feels the extra effort made this year's title that much more special.
"I think it was the hardest and most satisfying premier league ever! Liverpool was exceptional this year, they didnt deserve to be a loser today. But it makes me so much more happy that we played against such a good team all season"
