May 23, 2019

Manchester United have been priced out of the race to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.

The Red Devils are long-time admirers of the 19-year-old England international, and were the favourites to sign him this summer.

However, ESPN says that United are refusing to meet Dortmund's 80 million pound asking price.

They feel the price is too much for someone who's only played full two seasons in the first team.

Marco Asensio has hinted that he will stay at Real Madrid next season.

This comes amid reports linking Liverpool with the Spanish winger.

Asensio has struggled to make an impact at Madrid this season, scoring just six goals and providing 7 assists in 44 appearances.

Ferrari F1 driver Sebastian Vettel has dismissed suggestions that their struggles this season are due to a flaw in the car's basic design.

Vettel says, the team has yet to fully identify what went wrong.

Ferrari had impressed in pre-season testing, and were expected to seriously challenge Mercedes.

However, they've underperformed in recent races, and are currently 96 points behind Mercedes in the constructors standings.
