Monaco to act against a number of "important" European clubs.

Monaco have threatened to act against number of "important" European clubs, for illegally approaching star striker Kylian Mbappe.
Monaco did NOT name the clubs, but hinted that they may soon be reported to the French football association and Fifa.
Mbappe has already attracted offers of around 100 million pounds.
