National records broken at the SUKMA Games

A couple of national records were broken at the SUKMA Games, as Federal Territories swimmer Lim Ching Hwang took the 200 meters individual medley, in 2 minutes 4.77 seconds.

Meanwhile, archer Nur Aqilah Yusof of Terengganu scored 331 points to set a new national record in the women's 70 meter recurve event.

Hosts Sarawak currently leads the overall medals-tally with 20 golds, Selangor is behind with 17, while Federal Territories and Penang have 14 golds each.
