Real Madrid identify potential replacements for Santiago Solari

Mar 05, 2019

Real Madrid have reportedly shortlisted three possible candidates to replace boss Santiago Solari.

They are Tottenham's Mauricio Pochettino, Juventus manager Max Allegri, and Germany coach Joachim Low.

Solari's position at the Bernabeu has come into question, following Real's recent string of poor performances in all competitions.

It's understood that the Argentine's fate will be decided, depending on the outcome of tomorrow's Champions League last-16 second leg against Ajax.

Anthony Martial to sit out Man Utd's Champions League tie at PSG

Man United interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will reportedly leave Anthony Martial out of the squad's Champions League clash with PSG on Thursday.

This, as Solskjaer wants the Frenchman to be fit in time for their EPL match at Arsenal this weekend.

Martial, who has been out of action since picking up a groin injury last month, was initially set to feature against PSG, but Solskjaer isn't prepared to risk him.

London E-Prix returns

Formula E has announced that its sixth season will see a return of the London E-Prix.

The UK race appeared on the Formula E calendar in Seasons 1 and 2, but was subsequently withdrawn, and has been absent ever since.

Organisers have now revealed the circuit will make its comeback, with the race scheduled to take place late July.

Further details on the London E-Prix will be announced closer to the time, but for now, fans can look forward to Round 5, which takes place this weekend in Hong Kong.
