TMJ resigns from FAM Presidency.

The Tunku Mahkota of Johor has officially resigned as the president of the FAM after a year.

Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim, who announced recently that he was giving up the post, confirmed that he had sent his resignation letter to FAM secretary-general Datuk Hamidin Mohd Amin.

TMJ also threw his support behind Datuk Hamidin to succeed him as FAM president.

Meanwhile, TMJ was appointed as chairman of the Malaysia Football League which is the new name for Football Malaysia Limited Liability Partnership. (FMLLP)

MFL is a neutral body and is not linked to FAM.
