Ex- world track cycling champion Mohd Azizulhasni Awang has been named as the male Olympian of the Year at the Olympic Council of Msia's annual awards night in KL.

Azizul's stellar performance this year saw him clinch three medals at the Asian Games in Indonesia.

Meanwhile, the female Olympian of the Year gong went to rhythmic gymnast Amy Kwan, who took home 4 medals at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Australia.

Real Madrid have suffered a  3-nil defeat to CSKA Moscow in their Champions League Group G game at the Bernabeu.

Real were secured safe passage to the last 16 prior to kick off.
