Thiago Alcantara's Bayern future is still uncertain

Bayern Munich boss Hansi Flick says Thiago Alcantara's future at the club is still uncertain.

This, despite Bayern lifting the Champions League for a 6th time this morning. 

Bayern recently said that Thiago is looking to leave for a fresh challenge, and has been linked with EPL champions Liverpool. 

Meanwhile, former Liverpool star Dietmar Hamann told UK's TalkSport that he's confident that Thiago will move to Anfield this summer.. 

"I'm sure he's got an offer from Liverpool. I'm sure it's about the transfer fee now. He's a brilliant footballer who can add a new dimension to Liverpool's midfield. I'd be surprised if he doesn't end up at Liverpool"

Besides winning the Champions League, Thiago has also won 7 Bundesliga titles with Bayern.

Barcelona's new signing Miralem Pjanic will miss the start of the club's pre-season preparations after testing positive for COVID-19. 

The midfielder, who joined Barca from Juventus, was supposed to report for pre-season training at the end of the month, but he's now been ordered to self-quarantine for two weeks. 

Pjanic will only link up with his new teammates on Sept 7th, less than a week before the start of the new season.

Napoli's president has played down reports of Kalidou Koulibaly leaving the Italian club this summer, saying they have NOT received any substatial offers for the defender. .

Koulibali is rumoured to be a target of Manchester City, who are looking to seriously beef up their back-line ahead of the new season. 

He has also attracted the interest of Man United and Chelsea.
