Top mixed doubles pairs drop in BWF rankings

Apr 13, 2017

Malaysia's top 2 mixed doubles pairs have both dropped a spot in the latest BWF rankings.

Chan Peng Soon and Goh Liu Ying are now 7th, while Tan Kian Meng and Lai Pei Jing are 10th.

However, Datuk Lee Chong Wei remains the top men's singles shuttler, while men's doubles pair Goh V Shem and Tan Wee Kiong remain at number 4.

Meanwhile, V Shem and Wee Kiong have advanced to the quarter finals of the Singapore Badminton Open.

They beat an international pair comprising Indonesia's Hendra Setiawan and Malaysia's Tan Boon Heong in straight sets.
