Nov 20, 2019

Tottenham have sacked manager Mauricio Pochettino after five years at the London club.

It comes amid a poor season for Spurs so far, with last season's Champions League finalists currently lying 14th in the Premiership standings.

The club say they will make an announcement in due time about Pochettino's replacement, with Jose Mourinho rumoured to be one of the favourites for the job.

Max Allegri and Julian Nagelsmann are also said to be in the running.
