Valtteri Bottas' last F1 season?

There is speculation that this could be Valtteri Bottas' last year in Formula One.

The Mercedes driver was spotted testing out a rally car, leading to rumours he could be eyeing a switch to the off-road series.

Bottas has come under fire for failing to match Lewis Hamilton on the track, trailing his teammate by 62 points in the world championship standings.

Virgil Van Dijk up for UEFA Player of the Year

Virgil Van Dijk has been shortlisted for the UEFA Player of the Year award.

It's the Liverpool defender's first appearance in the final three, having helped the Reds to the Champions League title last season.

Regular faces Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi were the other two on the shortlist, with the winner to be announced later this month.

Neymar still determined for Barca, willing to lower wages

Spanish sources say Neymar is willing to take a 15 million-euro pay cut to secure a return to Barcelona. 

Barca have already made several offers to PSG for the Brazilian foward, but all of them have been rejected, with the French club holding out for more money.
