World unites in grief over passing of Muhammad Ali

The world has united in grief over the passing of boxing great, Muhammad Ali.

US president Barack Obama, Paul McCartney, Mike Tyson, Floyd Mayweather and Tiger Woods were among those who paid tribute.

The 3-time World Champion died from septic shock yesterday after being hospitalised for a respiratory illness, at the age of 74.

His funeral will be held in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky in the US next Friday.

Former US president Bill Clinton will deliver eulogies at the public service.
