The Liverpool vs Man Utd Preview

Liverpool will look to maintain their Premier League title push with a home win against Man United tomorrow morning.  

A win will extend their lead to 8 points with a game in hand, following 2nd-placed Arsenal’s draw with Brighton.  

Meanwhile United will try to avoid setting a new record of losing four consecutive league matches in a single season.

This, as Liverpool stepped up their efforts to keep Trent Alexander-Arnold at Anfield.  

They’ve reportedly offered the right-back a 5-year contract worth £300,000 a week, to fend off interest from Real Madrid.  

Also, Napoli have started talks to sign Liverpool midfielder Federico Chiesa on loan for the rest of the season.

Man City boss Pep Guardiola has played down claims that their slump has ended. 

This is despite their 4-1 win over West Ham, the first time they posted back-to-back victories since October.
